Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, please send email to email@example.com with the order number stated in order to request a replacement. If you find the defective items with damaged packing, please kindly report the case to us.
We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
1. Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
2. Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
3. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
4. Any discount, clearance or sales product that Eshop.com has already stated non-returnable.
5. Any free gift product and samples.
6. In the event of dispute, Surprise Beauty decision shall be final and conclusive.
